Concept: The artist is presented by a series of images (slides) showing gardens at three different states:
a) gardens / landscapes how the garden artists found them.
b) photoshop composings showing the respective gardens in their ideal condition. Views of 1680, 1710, 1840,
can be seen in full splendor anew. Compared with a) one realises the dimensions of the artistic improvements
and is able to get rid of the burden of historic engravings.
c) Recently taken photographs raising the question how the gardens could be experienced in the spirit of their creators.
